With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and an impressive record as the youngest Pure Barre instructor at 17, she has since earned over 14 barre certifications, including credentials from the World Barre Summit, Lagree Fitness, NASM, and CSCS. As the founder of CRM and creator of The Christin Rutley Method, she blends classical and contemporary techniques with a focus on precision, mobility, and mindful movement. Her innovative approach to fitness, which emphasizes proper form, breathwork, and biomechanics, has transformed the regimens of elite athletes and wellness enthusiasts, empowering clients to unlock their full potential both in and beyond the studio.

Whether he’s greeting clients with his infectious energy, spreading joy during class, or simply lounging as a calming presence, Bron brings the perfect balance of fun and relaxation to every session. More than just a mascot, Bron is here to remind us all to embrace movement, enjoy the moment, and, of course, never take life too seriously. Brit Lucas

Brit is dedicated to creating a sacred, nurturing, and safe space for students. A container that supports inward focus, exploration, and transformation. The impact for yogis of all levels is flow state, awareness, and healing. Mind-body connection. Brit is a passionate teacher and shares the practice with a fun and authentic approach. She is a vinyasa yoga teacher, specializing in stand-up paddle board yoga, meditation, divination, and healing. Brit is reiki level two attuned and currently teaches, heals, and guides students locally in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Shea DeRosa

Shea DeRosa brings nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, blending strength training and classical Pilates to create dynamic, results-driven classes. As a certified personal trainer with over 500 hours of classical Pilates certification, she emphasizes form, focus, and the powerful connection between mind and muscle. Her classes are designed to strengthen the body while improving flexibility, balance, and posture—promoting the belief that movement is medicine. With curated playlists that fuel the energy in every session, Shea delivers an intentional and uplifting workout experience that challenges both the body and the mind.
